Login Issues – July 20 2017

ClickTime experienced an unexpected issue with one of our upstream service providers this morning between approximately 12:07 am and 12:56 am (Pacific Time), during which some customers were unable to reach our login portal. Our site reliability engineering team worked quickly to restore full service.  We can now report that all customers have access to our login portal.

ClickTime – Scheduled Maintenance Has Begun

The ClickTime system is undergoing important maintenance to improve system security and performance.  We will provide updates here along the way.

6:50 pm: ClickTime is back online for most users! Over the next few minutes, we expect more users to be able use the ClickTime system.

5:00 pm: We are still on schedule to be up by 7pm PDT as planned.

2:30 pm: Scheduled maintenance is continuing as planned.

11:00 am: Scheduled maintenance is coming along as planned.

7:00 am: We have taken ClickTime offline for our scheduled maintenance.

Login Issues – March 7 2017

 

4:39 pm: We’ve verified ClickTime is back to full service.

4:35 pm: ClickTime is up and running again for most customers.

4:30 pm: We have identified the cause of the login issues and are working to restore application service.

4:11 pm: We have temporarily disabled logins to the ClickTime web app while we investigate.

4:00 pm: Some users may not be able log in to the ClickTime application. We are investigating and will post updates as soon as we have more information. Thank you for your patience.

Login Issues – February 17

Update 2:28 pm: Performance has returned to normal for most users. Thank you for your patience as we restore full speed to all users.

2:04 pm: Some users may not be able to reach ClickTime. We are actively tracking this down and will post updates as soon as we have more information. Thank you for your patience.

Update on system issues – December 19th

Update 12:59 pm: We are back online! Thank you for your patience as we worked to restore access to ClickTime.

Update 12:15 pm: We are in the final stages of restoring access to the system. Thank you for bearing with us, as it took our team longer than expected to address this issue. ClickTime access should be restored within the hour! 

Update 9:40 am: Our team is still working to restore full ClickTime service. Our current estimate is noon Pacific Time (20:00 GMT). Thank you for your patience.  

Update 7:40 am: Our migration to backup systems is moving smoothly, but slower than expected. We are now targeting 10:00 am Pacific Time (18:00 GMT) for full service restoration.

Update 5:00 am: We are currently moving data to backup systems and we are targeting 16:00 GMT for service restoration. 

Update: 3:45 am: We have a current estimate of service restoration at 8am Pacific time, 16:00 GMT. We apologize for the delay and inconvenience.

Update: 2:30 am: Our team has identified a hardware failure of one of our databases. We are preparing to transfer operations to backup servers if we cannot restore the primary server. We will have another update within 1 hour.

Update 1:36 am: Starting at approximately 1:00 am Pacific Time (9:00am GMT) on December 19th, ClickTime has been experiencing login failures. We have disabled logins temporarily while our operations team investigates the cause and works to restore service. We will post an update as soon as we have new information.
