ClickTime Reporting Delay

9:50 am PT 4/21/2025: Our Team has identified an issue with ClickTime Reporting, where there was a 20-minute delay in ClickTime reports being able to pull the most up to date data. This issue occurred from 9:30 am PT – 9:50 am PT and has been resolved. If you ran any reports during this window, we recommend rerunning those reports. ClickTime Notification/Access Issue

3/9/2025 8:20 am PT: We have identified an issue that has prevented automated notifications from being sent. This is actively being investigated. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and will continue to post updates here. Please reach out to support@clicktime.com with any questions.

3/9/2025 10:18 am PT: Upon further investigation, we found the following:

  • The issue in question may have affected access to ClickTime starting at 2:30 pm PT 3/8/2025 until 9:30 am PT 3/9/2025. This could have manifested as errors when logging into ClickTime or being dropped from an active session. This has been resolved.
  • Automated Notifications were not sent starting at 12:00 am PT 3/9/2025 until 10:00 am PT 3/9/2025. This too has been resolved. Our Team manually pushed out all missing notifications and automated emails will resume at 11:00 am PT 3/9/2025.

7/17/2024 2:01 pm PT: At 1:10 pm PT our team identified an issue that was preventing the following:

  • Making successful calls via the ClickTime API
  • Syncing ClickTime time entries via ClickTime’s QuickBooks Online Connector
  • Access to the ClickTime/Slack integration
  • Access to the ClickTime Mobile App
