3/9/2025 10:18 am PT: Upon further investigation, we found the following:
- The issue in question may have affected access to ClickTime starting at 2:30 pm PT 3/8/2025 until 9:30 am PT 3/9/2025. This could have manifested as errors when logging into ClickTime or being dropped from an active session. This has been resolved.
- Automated Notifications were not sent starting at 12:00 am PT 3/9/2025 until 10:00 am PT 3/9/2025. This too has been resolved. Our Team manually pushed out all missing notifications and automated emails will resume at 11:00 am PT 3/9/2025.
