April 6 System Performance Update

Starting at 9:30am Pacific time, we've been experiencing performance issues with ClickTime. Some users are being timed out or are seeing slow response times with the application. Our team is investigating the issue and we will post more news as we get it. If you get timed out of ClickTime, please wait a few hours and try again, or check this blog for updates.

UPDATE (1:30pm PDT): ClickTime is currently unavailable until 2pm PDT (GMT -07:00) while we perform maintenance to improve system performance.

UPDATE (2:00pm PDT): ClickTime is available again and performance should be back to normal.

UPDATE: This morning's performance issues were affecting a minority of
customers, but causing sufficient inconvenience that we decided to take
the site offline for 30 minutes to resolve the issue. We took the site
offline at 1:30pm PDT and conducted the necessary maintenance. The site
was brought back up at 2:00pm PDT and is now performing normally. Please
contact support@clicktime.com
if you have any questions or would like additional information.
