ClickTime Expenses

04/02/2026 10:15 pm PT: This evening at 9:06 pm PT, we identified an issue with one of our cloud providers which temporarily affected our customers’ ability to upload receipts into expenses. As of 04/02/2026 at 10:00 pm PT, all receipt upload services have been fully restored.

Customers are now able to upload and attach receipts to their expense items without further interruption. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused to your workflow and appreciate your patience while we resolved the matter. ClickTime Report Studio

01/18/2026 7:13 pm PT: This evening we identified an issue where our nightly Report Studio data cube refresh did not complete as expected on Saturday, 01/17/2026. Our Engineering team has addressed the failure, and as of 01/18/2026 at 7:00 pm PT, all Report Studio data cubes have been successfully refreshed. Customers will no longer experience any delays or incomplete data in Report Studio. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience.
