ClickTime Site Issue

7/17/2024 2:01 pm PT: At 1:10 pm PT our team identified an issue that was preventing the following:

  • Making successful calls via the ClickTime API
  • Syncing ClickTime time entries via ClickTime’s QuickBooks Online Connector
  • Access to the ClickTime/Slack integration
  • Access to the ClickTime Mobile App
