ClickTime experienced an unexpected issue with one of our upstream service providers this morning between approximately 12:07 am and 12:56 am (Pacific Time), during which some customers were unable to reach our login portal. Our site reliability engineering team worked quickly to restore full service. We can now report that all customers have access to our login portal.
2:29 am: We’ve verified ClickTime is back to full service.
1:56 am: Our Web Ops team is responding to our internal alerts indicating issues with ClickTime.
